Our coastal expeditions are designed for guests with moderate fitness levels. You should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain, getting in and out of Zodiac boats, and standing for wildlife viewing periods. We accommodate various fitness levels with optional activities and flexible itineraries.

We provide a comprehensive packing list upon booking. Essential items include layered clothing, waterproof jacket, comfortable hiking boots, sun protection, and personal medications. We provide rain gear, binoculars, and all safety equipment onboard.

Children 8 years and older are welcome on most expeditions with adult supervision. We offer junior naturalist programs and family-friendly activities. Arctic expeditions have a minimum age of 12 due to remote conditions and safety requirements.
